A studio apartment and two comfortably furnished holiday apartments for up to 4 people are at your disposal here at the Zunerhof. The apartments comprise a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with a panoramic view over the Sciliar area and are fully-equipped with hairdryer, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection. Towels and bed linen are also provided.

Your booked apartment will be ready from 3 pm on your day of arrival. 
On your day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 am. 

Inclusive services: End-of-stay cleaning, parking space. 

Breakfast: For a surcharge of € 13.00, we also offer our holiday apartment guests a hearty breakfast from 8 am to 10 am.

The above rates are quoted for a minimum stay of 3 days in the holiday apartments, and for 2 days in the studio apartment.
To confirm your booking, we request a deposit of €150.00 per holiday apartment/ room, payable to the following bank account:

Information visitor’s tax

On January 1st 2014, a visitor‘s tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this tax is used for the renovation and maintenance of infrastructure and services and for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. 

The visitor’s tax is collected by the accommodation establishment and is charged per person per night. This local tax is charged at €1.40 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The visitor’s tax is payable on departure and is included as a separate entry in your hotel bill.

Cancellation terms pursuant to Article 1382 of the Civil Code.

The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for cancellations. We therefore apply the following cancellation regulations, pursuant to Art. 1982 of the Civil Code:

Up to 7 days at the latest before your date of arrival, your booking may be cancelled free of cancellation charges, and only your deposit will be retained. 

For cancellations received 6 days or less before the agreed-upon date of arrival, cancellation charges apply as follows: 

Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the booking. 

Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the booking. 

For no-shows and early departures, the guest is liable for the entire booked fee. 

Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
